Her legal training spans multiple jurisdictions. She earned her LL.B. from the University of London and completed her LL.M. in American Law at Boston University School of Law.

Before practicing in the United States, Ayila gained experience in intellectual property law, including trademark and copyright matters, international portfolio work, brand protection, and enforcement strategy.
