Shawn Lowe Desai

Shawn Lowe Desai is a litigation attorney whose practice is focused on complex business disputes, commercial litigation, and trial-ready advocacy. Before private practice, he served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney with the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office in Detroit, where he handled courtroom matters and tried cases to verdict.

He brings that same courtroom discipline to business disputes for Michigan companies, owners, executives, and individuals. His work emphasizes command of the facts, control of the record, and early development of claims, defenses, witnesses, and damages proof.

Shawn earned his J.D., cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law, an MBA with honors in Finance from Michigan State University’s Broad College of Business, and a B.A. in Economics from Michigan State University.
